This isn't my first experience drawing from a Mark Crilley Tutorial.

I was just checking out how sick his drawings looked and I came up with this lovely traditional art piece. Great artist.

I'm not sure I agree with how Mark draws the lips ...

I'm trying to draw something like this, and it would be really cool if you could make a tutorial, or a fast motion video to show me how you did it, or, you mentioned a tutorial where you got the idea from? if you could share that, that would be helpful too

I've seen the video and the picture side by side and even I Can tell that he drew it.
It's not a screenshot at all. And unless you have HARD evidence saying otherwise, You shouldn't go around accusing people of stealing without it.

At first I agreed but looking closer it's not...he has used the tutorial but there are slight differences in the shading and clothing. Also, if it was a screenshot, why is there a signature?

because you can print out screenshots, sign them and scan them in or photograph them again.

Yeah, you can do that. But, look at the video, then look at the picture. The sleeve is different, look at them side by side. You can see that the males sleeve is different, the female has a bit of shading on her back. If he had screenshoted it then he wouldn't be able to change it.

he would. You can use pencil techniques to alter or pen.
